Telescope Telescopes Telescopes?

I need a new hand AutoStar Controler for my MEADE DS-2114ATS-TC. Can I buy just any GOOD controller, or does it have to be a specific model. If so, what do you reconmend? The one I got now (came in the box) is fried.
