I found a lost racing pigeon.?

I live in Wexford, Ireland and i found a lost racing pigeon, with the tag GB 10 35532. I found a website about Irish pigeons, but there is no 2010 list. I caught him and kept him in a roomy cage for one night, then the next morning i let him go. I expected him to go home, because he had had a rest but he came back. What do I or does anybody know how to find the owner.
