I need some advice?...? Please?

Okay so i just turned 14..A few months ago. My period is waayyy screwy, and i wanna go on the pill..NOT because i am going to become ually active, just so it can regulate my period..I dont want my parents to know, so what do i do?!...And where do i go? And will i have to get a pap smear? :p thanks.
