I found a really cool Halo 3 Spartan model! What could this mean? Another Spartan in the game??

I also read the books about Halo, yes I am a HUGE DORK, and there was a part about some missing spartans...so maybe it could be them? or some other crazy twist in the story line, I just hope its not a covenant manufacture like you hinted at.
