Why does capitalist USA beg communist China for money?

Capitalism is superior but here's what happened. China got smart in the early 90s and after the USSR collapse they started to enslave their people in manufacturing plants producing products for western countries which were become more and more hyper-capitalist by the day. In doing this along with taxing their people into poverty the Chinese government/central bank has more money than god.
