Jehovah's witnesses disfellowship members who are doing things that can hurt others if more churches practiced?

this arrangement maybe there flocks would be as safe as ours.aggree or disagree that members of any organization who betray the other members gets ousted. we are not a religion! we are an organization of people with the same beliefs. If your belief differs from ours then your not really a member. We all agree to this at baptism.
