1999 mercury mountaineer, need to know which fuse is for the windshield washer pump?

which one is it?? I dont have a owners manual, its like -5 outside and I got about 25 different fuses to choose from. I called autozone, o'rileys and the Ford dealer, nobody can help. What I could really use is a diagram from the owners manual or a chiltons or something, please help turn my frown, upside down :(
