Guys, do you think its endearing to have a girl that's not experienced?

Guys how would you react if a girl was upfront about her relationship history (I'm 22). I am not a forward or really open person but I am thinking of just telling this guy that I like and I am pretty sure he likes me too that I have never had a boyfriend, never really kissed anyone, I get awkward around intimacy, and I have no idea what I am doing but that doesn't mean I don't like the person. Would you be freaked out to learn all of that or would you think it was endearing or cute?
