If Raj Thackeray wants to do good, should he not focus on illegal Bangladeshis, and Pakis ruining Mumbai?

Dont u think thats the job of police and the government?Wat Raj Thackerey is doing cant be done by government or police as the migration is not illegal but the huge inflow of population is straining the infrastructure of Mumbai.The strain is already a lot.the continuous flow is straining it even more.This is damaging Indian Economy and rehabilioation of the migrants is burdning the state government.Though I do not condone the violence of MNS,I agree that the inflow needs to stop.
