Could I get into these schools...?

I am currently a high school junior and i have begun searching for colleges and was wondering what my chances are (or if i have a chance) at schools like Lehigh, university of rochester, tufts, and U of Penn (as a reach). I have an unweighted average of around 92- weighted is 95. I got a 690 math, 700 english, and 710 writing on my SAT's and a 30 on the ACTs. Im in three AP cles this year, have over 40 hours of community service for each of my years in high school, have a job and a summer job, Foreign Language Honors Society and National Honors society. What are my chances at these schools? If you have any suggestions as far as other schools i should consider that'd be great. Thanks!
