Why Are There No Left Handed Throwing Infielders?

It is more difficult for a lefty to throw to 1b from 3b, ss and 2b. They have to turn their body toward the base to make the throw as opposed to just throwing across thier body. There have been Lefty catchers, as they don't have the same issue when fielding.
