Time to eradicate ?

I know some states in America still welcome ,but surely it is time to stamp it out totally.Here in Scotland,only one district,Govan,in Glasgowshire,is still legal which i find terrible.In this district,hardly one person resembles a human being,and i suppose it is down to hundreds of years of inbreeding.Is there a chance that the real human gene pool could be weakend due to this.Two people i see regular,pedro and kirk,look more alien like than real aliens even.
