Poll:would you say a person who adds tattoo's to them selves are messy people.?

No I like them if there pretty and arty but some people put the most trashy, ugly,stupid things on there body then later regret it so I would say if you r wanting to get one think hard about what you want don't just slap anything onto your body!! Both my parents and older sis have lots on them and some r nice! My dad regrets getting his! My mom wants one redid, and my sis she likes hers....
