The picture on my vizio lcd tv looks so close up. The picture isn't right bc I hit something on the remote.

I have a vizio 52" lcd flatscreen tv. Last night I was trying to change the channel and i hit something else on the remote. Now the picture looks so up close and it's way to annoying to watch. I hit the wide on on the remote and it doesn't fix it.
