My air conditioner leaks...?

It's leaking water from the little white pipe on the side. Is there anything that I could put there to keep the ground from constantly being soaked? The ground is turning green. I was wanting to put some lattice around the air conditioner but I don't want to have to deal with it getting moldy. Thanks.
