A little bf problem.Which one to choose?

I'm Juliana and I'm 14.I don't know why I seem to myself a little step forward then all my friends because they said having a bf is gross.I study in a girls' school so I feel a little awkward about this.I've got two guys,one same age and another,2 yrs older.At some point,I caught them glancing at me and when I turn to look at them,they just look away.I don't understand.What are they trying to tell me?I mean I like them both but do they just like me or more?I know that they're trying to talk to me but they are shy?I'm from a girls' school,so choosing which one to be my bf is really hard.If you're experienced in these problems,pls,I need the most helpful advices there are.
