How fast can i get a flat stomach?

i want to lose about 2 inches from my stomach....im doing cycling....20mins 3 times a week....and sit-ups and leg raises the other days....how many oth these should i do? how long with this routine will it take me to lose around 2 inches? i am eating a healthy diet with no chocolate, crisps, junk food...etc
