Do you know that those who work and don't pay federal income taxes...?

Work but simply don't earn enough to pay? And they do contribute because being underpaid is what makes the rich so much richer. Far more than is taken out by progressive taxes levied upon them. If wages were higher wouldn't more pay taxes? And then would more have a stake in their tax rates? And mind you, these would be people who work.
